I am not 18 yet, can I get a tattoo?
In the state of Tennessee you must be 18 or older to get tattooed. Sorry!

You can bring 1 friend—no minors.

What is Jordan's minimum?
$300 is the minimum amount of work that Jordan will take on at this point. If you’d like to get a smaller tattoo, tacking it onto an appointment for a larger tattoo is the way to go!
What forms of payment does Jordan accept?
Cash, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards are accepted.

How do I contact Jordan regarding my appointment?
If you have questions about your appointment, are running late, need to reschedule/cancel or have questions about how your tattoo is healing you can contact Jordan by calling Starfolk Tattoo at (615) 283-0246 during regular business hours of Tuesday-Saturday 11 AM - 6 PM. Please do not call to book an appointment. All bookings are made through the website by clicking the “Book Now” button in the top right hand corner of this page.
If Jordan’s books are currently closed, how can I find out when they re-open?
Subscribers to the mailing list are among the first to know of re-opening dates. Jordan’s books fill up fast, so having first access allows you to book quickly and avoid missing a booking opportunity. You can subscribe to the mailing list by clicking “SIGN UP” at the top of the page. Jordan also shares on Instagram when his books re-open. However, due to the platforms algorithm you are less likely to know the re-opening date in time for your desired time slot.
How should I prepare/what should I bring to my appointment?
Prioritize a good night's sleep and be well hydrated. Be sure to eat a proper meal within a couple of hours of your appointment. Feel free to bring snacks and a water bottle which you will be able to refill at the shop.
What is the policy regarding re-bookings/cancellations?
For re-bookings, as long as you give Jordan at least 24-hr notice, you'll keep your deposit and simply need to rebook via the confirmation email you received at the time of booking or by calling Jordan at Starfolk Tattoo at (615) 283-0246. For cancellations, deposits can be refunded under special circumstances. To cancel, please do so via the confirmation email you received at the time of booking or by phone.
